Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and lead a team? We are on the hunt for a team leader for our Weaner and Grower operations, focusing on directing the team of up to three and maintaining our high animal care standards. This is a hands-on position where leadership meets diligence, perfect for someone who thrives in directing teams and loves being actively involved in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations in the Weaner and Grower area
• Execute daily checklists and efficiently manage the team to ensure all tasks are completed
• Engage in various physical tasks as part of routine stock management
• Maintain high standards of animal welfare and operational cleanliness.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for taking initiative and directing teams
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment where getting your hands dirty is part of the job.
